A constant 24/7 humming noise from an electrical unit above the entrance, probably the fuse box. Very noticeable and disruptive. Poor sound insulation. For this price it is significantly overrated.

Very clean, probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed (considering the price). Beds were comfortable. There is a shared kitchen in the hallway. I received information about getting inside via SMS, and everything was clear.

Very clean, comfortable for our family, with free parking. There is a kitchen for all guests which is equipped to prepare a simple meal. Easy self check-in, with detailed instructions. Good price for exactly what we needed - one night stay.
