“Great value 3 star in a big house.”
Nice looking house. Very comfortable bed and big room for the price. Breakfast good. Nice that it is a big house rather than a faceless modern hotel.

“Worth a stay of you are in the area”
Really comfortable beds. Clean. Rooms good size. Location fine. Feels new and fresh. Parking also safe and good. Good facilities. Most other guests on business.

“Last minute overnight stop”
It was the cheapest place I could book at the last minute, the room was really big, it was very recently renovated, everything was new, bonus was the tea / coffee in the room, location was good, plenty of parking.
