Perfect location for those who are going out fishing on the lake.

The owner was extremly friendly und helpful. He rescued us whenever we had a problem. The location is beautiful rigth by a lake with a view of a temple on the other side. The room was nice and equipped with excellent air conditioning. There is an excellent restaurant right around the corner.

• Room & comfort: The room was very clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The bed was comfortable, air-conditioning worked great, and the balcony had a lovely view. • Staff & service: staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive — from reception to housekeeping. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests. • Facilities: The pool was well maintained, the spa was relaxing, and there were good amenities. The resort grounds are beautiful — gardens, walking paths, etc. • Location: It’s in a peaceful spot, yet still easy to reach places

first of all staff is really good to me. but I was having difficulties to find the place but the owner is very helpful throughout our stay. if I'm being honest the place was kinda dark and moody but you'll get used to it. views from the room that I stayed is really good. the whole place is kinda looks old but not that old. and the bathrooms are kinda old. overall nothing to complain about the stay.

Peaceful place to stay in front of bolgoda Lake,owner dulip, and his brother are very friendly and helpful. I recommend the hotel to anyone.

The location by the lake opposite a temple is stunning. The pool is cleaned every day. Room balcony have great views. Staff are enthusiastic and helpful.

The view was amazing, pool and room was clean. Bathroom was mould on the wall at the shower but clean it was clean. No restaurant at the Resort was bit sadly but I order some food from Uber what was way cheaper then the restaurants around the Resort. Was a bit noisy from neighbours, loud music until nighttime..

“Exceptional value for money”

This property is pound for pound the best value property I have ever stayed in. First of all, the 2 gents that work here are extremely helpful and polite and they went out of their way to ensure my stay here has been perfect - I had originally booked for 1 night and ended up staying for 3 and this is because of their hospitality. The view from the lake view room is beautiful overlooking the pool. The room is spacious, clean and has a fan and ac along with a kettle and towels. The swimming pool is warm and clean and just chilling at the deep end overlooking the lake was blissful in itself. The garden is also maintained to a very high standard. Because of the location there is minimal noise from the outside world and it was a great place to stay and relax after travelling around the Island.
