“Charming hotel”
The staff Roman and Tanya were exceptional. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and Roman provided lots of information about local places to visit. The hotel building is lovely and you get a sense of its history. It was restored by the owner Antonio who has a great sense of pride in it and the local area. Evening meals were of top quality. Highly recommended.

“Great place in a neat town.”
Loved our stay. Owner Antonio, and his live in staff of Tanya and Roma were all wonderful and kind. Our breakfasts were very nice, but the dinners were special. Not only the service, but the local products from the owners farm were used as much as possible in the meals. Roma shared recipes for my wife to take home. Do yourselves a favor and stay here. Relaxing and a historic building that is filled with antiques. The room was comfortable and had a great shower. There is even an elevator.

Proper oldie world hotel. Good food and excellent staff. Made us feel truly welcome. Insisted we try all their homemade treats including olive oil from their own farm, jams, liqueurs etc Thoroughly quirky but in a great way

“Lovely charming place with great staff.”
Hotel is pet friendly at no charge. Hotel is around 10km from the highway and it’s a lovely place for you to rest. The hotel and surrounding are very charming and beautiful. There is a nice iron gate at the entrance and the hotel sites on top of the hill. Great staff. The hotel also had a restaurant ( overpriced in my opinion) which is very convenient if you arrive late and are looking to taste the local cuisine.

“wonderful!”
The hosts are the most welcoming and warm family. The son speaks English and can tell you all about the neighbourhood Eat at the restaurant of the hotel because the food is incredible! The area is beautiful: Morano Calabro is a very beautiful town but the Pollino National Park is really breathtaking and San Domenico is the perfect place to stay and explore the area!

“Lovely rural hotel to recharge in a hectic 3-week schedule.”
A lovely country hotel experience in ancient Morano Calabro. Felt like stepping back in time. The warmest of welcomes, a great home-cooked 5-course dinner, spectacular local breakfast. On-site parking for 2 nights was a real treat. Aperitivi at My Coffee and Flying Pizza also memorable our second night!

“Fantastic welcoming B&B in a lovely Italian hill town”
A fabulous stay in Morano Calabro, a lovely little hill top town with a castle right at the top boasting stunning views. We were greeted by staff who couldn't do enough for us, including cooking a fantastic evening meal - fresh and really tasty, washed down with home made digestifs. Breakfast was good with some made jams and local food. Parking on site, although quite a steep climb up the drive to get there!

“Excellent place to stay”
We really loved our stay here, we only had one night. The hosts were very friendly and couldn’t do anything more for you. We had dinner there, it was fantastic and typical food of the region. Parking on site and great wifi. Everything was very clean Breakfast was very good and again typical food of the region. Could have stayed longer.
