“Perfect little spot on the beach”
Perfect location. Jumped from bed right on the beautiful beach, the view of the sea from the balcony was amazing . Near to everything. Very quiet spot and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Read this before you PAY ! No, no and no again! This is not a property worthy of the score of 9.5 as it was when I made the reservation nor 8.4 as it is today when I write this review. Somewhere at a 7 is more correct, that's why I gave the grade 1! I read the comment written by Aggelos exactly one day before making the payment.... I thought he was too demanding, but I think I found the same “magic” room on the ground floor... mold in the bathroom, super noisy indoor air conditioning unit and repaired with adhesive tape. You couldn't sleep with it on. I opened the windows but the neighbors' air conditioning unit was making an unbearable noise. I filmed both units and I opened a incident with BOOKING, trying to send them the films, but it seems that they have a good relationship with the lady from the travel agency because they recommended me to talk to them to solve it. What to solve? To go buy a new unit ????? I am neither the first nor the last customer to complain about that noise ! The room was not cleaned for 5 days! Upon arrival I had a torn sheet, I reported the problem and was told that it would be changed. I found a sheet in a bag hanging on the door. Really? At 120 euros per night do I have to change my own sheets and take out my trash? The space is not enough, but rather one for 2 people in which 4 beds are piled up to accommodate 4 adults. In the bathroom, the drain from the shower backs up and the mat placed there will be full of water all the time. The strangest ventilation of the bathroom that I could see ... it is ventilated in the bedroom .. there should have been a window above but there is no longer, so the steam and the smell come unhindered into the bedroom! The closet has no shelf, so you have to sit with your suitcases unfolded on the floor. .....continued below ....

“liked everything very much”
Perfect location. The beach is right in the yard. There are private sunbeds and umbrellas. From my window there was a view of the sea and an insanely beautiful sunrise. The beach is sandy with a sandy convenient entrance to the sea. This is the best location in Moraitika because it is shallow and sandy. The water is clean and clear. I am delighted with the rest. The owners are very hospitable. Everything was perfect for me

“Moraitika with a sweet local flavour”
The location is fantastic. The house is positioned directly on the beach. "Bunica Leni" is a very sweet person. Mr George and the whole family went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, like at home. The room was clean and had basic stuff but who needs more if you like your trip to have the local touch? The beds were good. They helped us with a brand new baby cot. We had a fridge and very good air conditioning. The view from the terrace facing the green hills and the old village was priceless. The walk towards the center of the village , about 600 m, between olive tree orchards on both sides, the cats, and the quiet houses made you feel like you were in a village more than in a touristic area. And we love this! Would love to come back some day.
