Very clean. Hosts are really care about guests, all equipped very good. Nice location, not far from beach, bus stop and supermarket

We like the area. We like the apartment in this 2 apartment house. A small terrace sufficient for 3-4 people. We like the host. 2 bus stops (the same buses) are nearby, max 4 min walking distance. There are 2 Tavernas nearby, 15 meters and 60 meters away serving dinner, prices are good. The beach is in 5 min walking distance downhill. A few generic shops (stores) nearby selling food and basic stuff, and open till 22:00, may be even later.

“Nice little place to stay, perhaps not in August”

My friend and I stayed in the upstairs apartment for 7 nights from the 20th August. We met Timi the host at the property, and she showed us around. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed - kind of a little home from home. Although we never cooked, the kitchen was well equipped with everything one would need to make a meal - we only had breakfast before heading out everyday. The apartment has two good size bedrooms, although the bigger one of the two has a very large double bed with much nicer bed linen than the other - first impressions count, and that was my observation. Beds were clean and comfortable, and we were provided clean towels for the week. Each bedroom has a good air conditioning unit, that was very much needed all through the night. The place has an open plan kitchen/ diner/ sitting room with a beautiful sea view which unfortunately we couldn't enjoy due to the heat (we had to keep the shutters fully closed all week, in order to keep out the sun and heat, having visited during one of the hottest months). Location - property is up on a steep hill, with an amazing traditional Greek restaurant right opposite. It's run by a lovely, kind and attentive family. The food was delicious. It's not that far to walk down to the supermarket/ beach. If visiting the island again, I'd perhaps do so in May/June/September

Good location near the grocery shop, 6 min from the sea, silent part of the village. New facilities in the apartment, 2 air-conditioners in every bedroom. Good contact with owner. Great views from the balcony!

“Amazing apartment in beautiful location.”

We had the best stay in the Old Village Apartments and highly recommend for anyone who wants a beautiful, peaceful place to stay with amazing views and great facilities. Timi was a wonderful host, meeting us when we arrived and giving us lots of helpful information for our stay. The bedrooms have air conditioning, mosquito nets on all the windows and the most amazing terrace to sit and enjoy great views of the ocean. Moraitika is such a beautiful spot, the beach is stunning and the local tavernas are all excellent. The apartment is close to everything, a short walk to both the supermarket and the beach, with lots of places to eat and drink nearby. The best of all is The Old Village Taverna, make sure to pay a visit to Nicki and family for the best food and wine in Corfu! The Green Bus stops just at the bottom of the hill and will take you all around the island for a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend the Old Village Apartments and can’t wait to stay again soon! One small thing to note when booking - the apartment is up a hill which may not be suitable for some people. If you have difficulty with walking, it may be better to access by car or scooter (which are available to rent nearby).

“Good value for money with nice sea view”

Nice and spacious location,with beautiful sea view from the bedrooms and nice terrace.The house is very well equipped and nice decorated. The host is very nice and provided us everything was needed.
