Very pleasure guys in work. Fine placement, good food, clear and not old pool. Big room with balcony to oversee all sightseeing, everyday cleaning with good girls with smiling only. They like their work, and I liked their place of work🫡🤝

To begin with, the stay started on a very disappointing note: upon arrival there was no hot water. After a long journey, we had to take cold showers, and hot water only became available on the third day after repeated complaints. On another day, there was a power outage. To make matters worse, during the last 24 hours of our stay the water supply completely stopped. Before a long trip back home, we were not even able to take a shower or properly use the toilet. The only compensation provided was a couple of packs of drinking water, which, apparently, the staff considered an adequate substitute for all basic water-related needs. We were given an apology and told that there was no water in the entire area, although water was still available in other rooms. In addition, the rooms are very outdated. The photos shown in the advertisement do not reflect reality. The hotel is very old, and it looks like the renovations were done back in the 2000s. This hotel is, at best, a two-star property; it is nowhere near the standard of a four-star hotel. As for the staff, most of them were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Unfortunately, there was one exception: a waiter named Vasilis. When we tried to sit together with our friends at the same table, he almost came at us aggressively and started shouting in a manner that is completely unacceptable when speaking to guests. What was even more disappointing is that this attitude continued for several days. I sincerely hope he receives proper training on how to communicate with customers, because his behavior was highly unprofessional and created a very unpleasant atmosphere. It was difficult to believe that someone working in hospitality could behave in such a confrontational and disrespectful way toward paying guests.

Well equipped large room with very comfortable bed. The balcony had sun in morning for alfresco coffee with breath taking views. Excellent staff and service. Great variety of food to suit everyone.

The view was beyond amazing. Peaceful location, nearby shops, the beach around 15-20mins by walk, which were always enjoyable in the sun and throughout a little local Village Moraitika. The hotel was clean, and the staff very professional, helpful and welcoming. The food (breakfast and dinner) was just amazingly tasty. We were always sad when missed one of them :). We were shown the gym and how to use the equipments. The room - single bed room with kitchen, separate bedroom with ensuite - airy, always clean (cleaners coming every day), huge spacious wardrobe, kettle, basic cutlery, dishes. Toiletries in the bathroom, clean towels everyday. I highly recommend this accommodation and would love to come back again. Thank you Pelagos hotel!

Nice peaceful hotel in great location with excellent food and lovely staff. Good for some physical exercises – climbing up from town back to home. But – as streets are narrow then not the best for children. Can be dangerous, not because of local but tourist drivers. If someone claims about beach being too far (just 400 meters) then you better book a hotel there but you will be in a very crowded and tight atmosphere. We did not rent a car as it seemed additional and not needed stress to find parking space in the evenings. Think it should be possible to properly mark the parking places in the territory and map/print them – so it will add few places and make the system better. For team there – just make a list what to improve in order of importance and follow it step by step.

The location is perfect, dreamy view of the mountains and the town/sea, a quick walk to reach the sea and stores. The staff were very professional and kind. The food was perfect, authentic Greek meals nicely made and a good selection of everything you could ask for. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, that is a huge advantage. I was satisfied with the cleaning as well, it was efficient and daily.

“Great value for money”

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The accommodation was extremely clean and well kept, rooms spacious. The staff in the restaurant were incredibly kind, cheerful, and welcoming, and the food was really tasty. The view from our room was directly to the sea and it was breathtaking. Another advantage is the swimming pool. The beach is quite close, which is convenient (but then up the hill), although to be honest we didn’t really like the beach personally. The surrounding nature, however, is truly beautiful.
