“Amazing hospitality”

From the first moment we felt very welcome there. Their hospitality is wonderful. A delicious surprise was waiting for us in the kitchen. The neighborhood is peaceful but a few minutes away there are many beach bars and on the other side of the property there is a main street full of various restaurants and shops. The kitchen is small but it had everything we needed. We paid 54.- per night for four people and the price-quality ratio was 5+. All our requests and wishes were fulfilled.

Everything about Olivia Apartments was great. Elena is a fabulous host who goes out of her way to make sure everything is going smoothly for you. Anything you need she's there to help. I would highly recommend staying here. It's near the beach and restaurants. Vey convenient. Will be going again.

“Excellent value and great host”

Elena is a great host. She was there at check in and check out and always available if we needed anything. She provided information on things to see and do and even gave us a gift on departure which was really sweet of her. The apartment was great. It had everything we needed, the kitchen and bathroom were fairly modern and everything was clean and fresh. The balcony was a really good size and nice and cool. The garden was a lovely space too with a terrace and plenty of seating. The location was spot on - 5 minute walk to the main road which had plenty of shops and tavernas and in the other direction a 5 minute walk to the beach. Close enough to everything but far enough away from the crowds. I believe there are to be some renovations over the winter so look forward to seeing the changes. We loved our stay, it was excellent value for money!

Location was perfect close to beach

Very nice, clean accommodation, large balcony with shade all day, and a large garden. Close to the beach, taverns, and supermarket. The host, Elena, is a very nice and helpful person; she answered all our questions and gave us a lot of information. A big plus was that she allowed us to check in in the morning at 10 am.

“Close Beach, Clean Rooms, Great Host”

Very close to the beach. Clean rooms. We had everything we needed from wi-fi, strong air conditioner to kitchen utilities. The garden is also nice. The host is so sweet and helpful. She prepared the rooms for us to be cold when we arrive and left some goodies for us to try. Any questions we had she answered quickly on messages.

The villa is very well located, 5 minutes walk to the beach, and a couple of minutes to the bakery or supermarket. The only “noise” we heard were birds and a rooster, which we loved!!! We had a really nice big balcony surounded by big yard and flowers. Our view were hills and trees. Rooms were clean and neat. Kitchen is well equiped. The bigest gem is Eleni, our host, who waited for us to arrive at midnight, set everything for us and was very helpful for everything we needed. We appriciate her very much! We would recomend this for a family or couples, we will come back here again definately.

The stay here was absolutely fantastic! Contact with the owner, Elena, is a pleasure - she is an incredibly open, warm and empathetic person. From the first moments I felt very welcome there. The building itself is very well maintained. The rooms have air conditioning and a terrace, which was ideally located - the sun did not interfere, so you could rest peacefully in the fresh air. The location itself was also a big plus - the beach was literally a few minutes walk, and at the same time the area was very quiet and peaceful, which allowed you to really relax. The proximity to the town meant that everything was close at hand. I would really recommend it to anyone! I can't wait to go back!

Everything, it’s definitely one of the best accommodation in Moraitika. Many thanks to Elena, she is an amazing host, always kind and helpful.

Elena the host was so kind and always available to answer any questions. We stayed here as a family with a 3 year old child. The property was safe, clean, quiet. We had a lovely week with amazing weather at the end of the sunshine. Best bits; the rural location surrounded by farms. Just a five minute walk to the beach one way and the shops the other. Friendly locals, as normal for Greece. Amazing local beach for children- soft sand, shallow calm water. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. The property itself has a tiny but well-equipped kitchen and has incredible views from balconies both sides. We will return certainly!

“The best place in Moraitika”

The location is perfect, close to the beach but also to shops and tavernas. It was quiet in the night. The apartment has everything you need. Wi-fi is strong, suitable even for working. Kitchen is nicely equipped, it has even basic stuff like salt, olive oil, dish detergent and so on. Elena, the host, was very nice and helpful! Can only recommend this place!
