Lovely and clean and everything you needed for a comfortable stay . Location was right in the heart of everything and close to the beach

“Great apartment in a great location very near to the centre of Moraira”

Location was as expected, central to the town plus there was no need to hire a car. Balcony was south facing so benefitted from the sun from late morning to late afternoon, excellent for a January visit.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment, the host is fantastic and made the stay really easy with excellent communication and nice little homely touches to help such as small toiletries, a couple of coffee pods, kitchen roll etc to help get you started easily. The location of the Balcony overlooking the roundabout provided fascinating viewing with a wine or two on returning from the town's many Restaurants. Traffic noise is of no effect to the apartment as with the windows closed and A/C on you can't hear anything. Slept very soundly all week long. Parking in the Basement is easy once you get familiar with how it all works it's easy and safe.

Excellent location, very close to restaurants,shops and beach. No hot water on arrival, previously informed by the host,fixed the following morning 😀 Two beautiful spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobes and drawers, and coat hangers. 😍 Lovely pool area with loungers. Great communication with the hosts.

The communication from booking the apartment to leaving was first class. The instructions for picking up keys and gaining access to the building and apartment were detailed and very easy to follow . Absolutely fabulous apartment , spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay . Location was great, everything within a few minutes walking distance, numerous restaurants, bars and cafes . Supermarket and shops too . The beach is a 5 minute stroll away . No need for a car unless you want to visit other places but as we were only there for the weekend it was great not to have to drive.

“Very reasonable host to deal with”

I made a mistake when booking this apartment without realising it is more than an hour's drive to Valencia city. I was already charged the payment before I realised the mistake one day before my intended stay. I contacted the host to apologize and requested for a refund if possible, acknowledging my own mistake. The host was really nice and agreed to a 50% refund despite no mistake on their part. I am really glad to meet such a reasonable host. I will recommend my fellow travellers to consider dealing with this host.

immaculately presented.all new appliances, everything you need.superb central location for all the lovely restaurants and bars in the centre of moraira without it being noisy.hosts are absolutely lovely and will do anything they can to make sure you have a great holiday.lovely quiet pool with plenty of loungers.

We have stayed in this apartment block before but first time in this apartment. The first access was the easiest so far with the owner providing keys via lock-box, very good process. The size of the apartment is great. The support from the owner and comms pre and post the stay is first class. We expect to return if available.
