Amazing authentic Italian experience! Wow! This is such an amazing place, a true authentic Italian experience. Edu is a wonderful host. The property has a pool for the kids, a big nature space with ducks and a donkey – perfect for families. You get the perfect combination: great hospitality, a beautiful place, and a very good price. It’s only 20 minutes from everything – Sirmione, Lake Garda and all the amusement parks. There is also a shared kitchen hall, so we bought food and cooked in the evenings after coming back from day trips. Highly recommended!

Host scammer warning: Claiming 1. At first the reception of the host was repulsive and very disappointing after we claimed that it was a deception between the pictures and the real reality. 2. Beyond the fact that the room wasn’t clean, understatement, there is a musty smell from the air conditioner that barely cools. 3. The host is a lazy, stingy host, who made us feel terribly disappointed and traumatized. 4. No WiFi signal at the room ! 5. The shower was so dirty we couldn’t get in there. 6. Despite the host's regret and apology, and despite the host's attempt to arrange to tidy up the room for us with clean sheets. Unfortunately we had to leave and not stay any longer, I will give photos to anyone who wants them and will also post them on the social networks.

everything was fine for us because it is in nature and has a touch of homeliness. the owner is very nice and friendly. the children really enjoyed the pool - it is suitable for children. they also had animals - Mina the dog and Zara the donkey and of course the geese.

The location is great - no far from Lago di garda, Movieland, Gardaland and other activities near Lago di Garda. The owner is very nice person.

It was the perfect place for a relaxing holiday - the surroundings are magnificient, the farmlife was a bonus, the pool and facilities were great and Odoardo was welcoming and a great host.
