“Nice, charming and quiet countryside house. Recommended.”

This place is just a gem in the countryside, quiet and authentic. It is not fancy or fashion, but cosy and peaceful. The owner and the staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The fireplace and the outside barbecue are a plus. you can also buy fresh eggs for a champion's breakfast. Very good value for money.

Beautiful gardens and very well equipped property. Particularly enjoyed the fresh bread in the letter box in the morning! Also the complimentary bottle of cider 😀

“Soooo French”

As others have said. This place is quirky. Also quaint. Nice shady garden, outside furniture and small, good quality barbeque provided outside the rooms. Fresh baquette 'posted' into the bread box outside your room for breakfast. Quite small and dark inside, but 5 of us sat cosily inside, enjoying our gratis local cider.

Excellent location, I really enjoyed the fire place, super cosy and the dogs loved it.

A delightful resting-place on my pilgrimage from Dieppe to Rouen. Having a home-cooked evening meal delivered was an unexpected bonus.

Ideal as a stop over. Small but extremely comfortable and very well equipped for self catering, although a lovely village short walk away with lots of eating options

“Great location for visiting Montville. Rouen and Dieppe”

The fridge was stocked with some food to eat over the rental period as breakfast. Daily baguettes were a nice touch. Host was friendly and helpful on arrival. Good off road parking. Montville is an excellent place with good shops, restaurants etc. I would particularly recommend Le Bouche à Oreille - great food and atmosphere. It’s great to leave the car behind and walk to the nearby rail station with regular trains to Rouen and Dieppe (can book through “Trainline” app).

Les Granges Du Bout De La Ville is a beautiful place with a special charm. The owner is very accommodating and let us check-in at 23:00 without issues. The apartment was clean, rooms are spacious and there is everything provided you might need during your stay. The kitchen is small but big enough to cook a dinner or prepare breakfast. Freshly baked, proper French baguettes are provided every morning and you will also find in a fridge a jar of homemade jam, butter, cheese and a bottle of homemade cider. There's also a big pouch of apple juice. The location is fantastic, just on the outskirts of the village and only 10 minute walk to the train station that can take you to Rouen and Paris. There's also a big fireplace you can use and a bbq outside. Plenty of parking space. Some might say that the apartments look a bit dated, but I would argue that everything was clean and in good working order, so it didn't really bothered us and it provided that extra "charm".

“Great!”

We stayed for a night passing through. The staff/ owners were great, accommodated our late check in and provided a gorgeous breakfast with locally made ingredients. It was really comfortable and we would absolutely return again.

“Delightful stay”

We were welcomed by one of the staff at 11pm. He was so caring and attentive to details. A delicious homemade cider and apple juice was in our fridge. Our apartment was nicely prepared. A lovely breakfast was served. We will stay there again.

Lovely little self contained unit, with fresh cider and baguette in the morning as a bonus. There was secure parking for my bike, and close enough to Dieppe to be the perfect last night of the trip before the ferry home.
