The property was central and clean. Our host was very kind, welcoming and ready to assist with any questions we had. Martine went above and beyond to ensure that we felt at home throughout the stay. We arrived earlier than our check in time and she was kind hearted to allow us check in as the kids were exhausted. The kids warmed up to her hospitality and will always remember the warm farewell. The location is recommended is you want a break from the city with a serene environment. The accommodation offers a relaxing atmosphere where you can sit and watch the river flow past. For anyone visiting, the locals are friendly and made us feel at home. We were fortunate to experience the fireworks, as well as the weekly market which is held every Saturday morning. We had a worthwhile welcome with locals in a friendly and green setting by the lake. The kids enjoyed the green spaces and it is a short distance to the train station. From there, you could visit Rouen or head to Paris Nord via connections as there are no direct trains.

We very much enjoyed the spacious gardens, particularly sitting by the lake. The house is a great size, with everything you could need, and in a great location. And the hosts were welcoming and friendly!

The garden is fantastic with both shadow and sun throughout the day. The appartment is great and equipped with all you may need during your stay. The location is fine too with shops nearby. The serre gets hot during the day, but in the night and morning the temperature is fine.

Martine was a very kind and helpful host. The accommodation was very good and confortable. Location is exelent near Rouen and in a very pleasant village. Easy check-in and check-out. Near a bakery a supermarket and other local shops and above all near to a steam running behind the house and a lovely park to walk and enjoy wildlife. We all love it.

Spacious and welcoming house with all the comforts. The private parking and the garden make your stay pleasant. A ready-to-use barbecue is available. Very kind Martine, husband and nephew.

Fantastic hosts, very friendly & helpful, made us feel very welcome & gave us loads of tips for places to visit & parking. Great facilities with free parking in a great location with amenities on the door step (supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, swimming pool etc). Beautiful garden. A lake a few minutes away. Montville is a friendly town with good amenities A good base to visit this part of Normandy, Rouen & Dieppe are about 30 minutes away. We will not hesitate to stay there again.
