“Horrible. One of the worst...”
La Croix Blanche, Montrichard, France Just so that you know, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had - as a personal or professional traveller. I had booked into La Croix Blanche. When I called, as requested, to confirm my booking, the man said that he had an alarm (his English and my french were as bad as each other's) so he was moving us to his other hotel 200 yards away, the Bellevue. La Croix Blanche, which we found later, looked clean and well-kept.

“The redirected hotel was the Worst place we stayed in France.”
We were redirected 10 min before we arrived to La Belview. It was not what we booked. We had a person who was in a wheelchair and the front entrance was locked at 10am. We were locked in and no one told us that it would be locked till 5pm. This hotel group I would stay away from.

“Perfect overnight stay for the trip over Loire valley”
Tiny little hotel in the heart of the old city, somewhat old but stylish - liked it a lot. Fantastic location, minute away from any place in the old town, and we also managed to find a parking spot right in front of it.

“Not at all what was expected from the write up. However, the room and bathroom were clean.”
The breakfast was very good. Very close to the hotel is square with lovely restaurants. When we went, live acoustic vocal light jazz/classics was being played. Brilliant.
