“Fabulous property in a quiet, beautiful location, run by hosts who care and are attentive.”
We used it as a base to ski in various resorts and it proved a good central location. The view from the property is stunning and we still miss the quiet, relaxing start and end to our day gazing at Mont Avic. The hosts were very responsive to requests for help and the thoughtful provision of food for our late arrival was really appreciated. Opting for the additional breakfast supplies is recommended. The cakes and cheeses are fantastic.

“Absolutly amazing and relaxing”
La Majon de Fohten was the essence of all things I was looking for in Aosta Valley. From the moment you arrive, you are instantly struck by a feeling of calm and serenity. The view of Mt. Avic, I would describe it as a smaller version of the Matterhorn, is simply stunning, no matter what time of day you see it. Get ready for the magic to begin in the morning, with an amazing breakfast featuring the best local delicacies! And then, of course, there is Marco, the always cheerful and attentive host. The surrounding area is full of hiking trails of all difficulty levels, and Marco is always on hand with a helpful tip if you don't want to use your mobile phone. And don't forget to follow his restaurant recommendations – they're absolutely amazing! If there were 10 stars to award, La Majon Fohten would deserve 12!

“Excellent quality, great value”
That was just awesome. Perfect location for visiting Cervinia resort by car, heart-warming homemade breakfast with local products. Super clean fresh room. We were so happy that we have chosen Le Majon de Fohten, hope we will come back one day. And price is more than reasonable.

This stay was heavenly! Marco went out his way to make this stay superb. The breakfast was exquisite, with home made cake, four different jams and crepes. The most cordial atmosphere in the entire Aosta valley.

“Exlant and outstanding place”
Marco, the host is young and generous person. Always willing to help , recommending things to do, and take care for everything in his place. The location Of 'La meison de fohten' is outstanding and remarkable. Located Above a village in the beautiful nature , where you can hike to so many charming and peaceful places. Stil' la maison de fohten' close to restaurants ,supermarkets and gas stations in Valle de la osta. It's a piece of paradise. The food is gorgeous. Marco is a chef, and he prepare every morning new and delightful breakfast, that is enough for all day long. We warmly recommend this lovely place and send our love to marco🤴

“Excellent!”
Our room was very well sized for our family needs, plus it was super clean. The hot shower was hassle free (unlike in many other stays) with immediate super hot water. Thats what you need after a long hiking day spent in the Valle D'Aosta valleys. Breakfast was generous with excellent fresh home made cakes. Location is close to several highlights in the region, with hiking trails also in the immediate surroundings. Special word goes to Marco and Egle. Excellent care towards us. They were very flexible in many ways... preparing the room for an early check in, and making sure that we had the best conditions for our needs.

“A slice of heaven!”
This bed and breakfast is so unique, beautiful and peaceful. Hosts were so kind and helpful. Our room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of home made and local products. The place is immersed in nature and perfect to find inner peace.
