“Wonderful hotel but major issue with restaurant menu.”

The room was very comfortable with a wonderful view. The main pool was sufficient size and depth to swim comfortably and the temperature was perfect. The layout of the hotel with the landscaping and areas to have a drink overlooking the reservoir were great. The atmosphere is tranquil and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The emphasis at this hotel is tranquillity, relaxation and exemplary service. Don't expect some of the "bells & whistles" you might get at mainstream 5* chain hotels. Instead the USP here is one of superb customer service, where all of the staff will go out of their way to make sure every aspect of your visit is the best it can be. We had a wonderful stay and I'm sure we will return.

“A Bond villain’s luxury hideout, without the villain”

The location and the hotel itself are beautiful, a tranquil hideaway in the rocky hills above Île Rousse, with spectacular views across the valley, no main roads for miles, hiking trails right from the doorstep, and wonderful beaches a 20 minute drive away. The friendly staff always seemed able to rustle up a snack even when the restaurant was closed, and we often sat down for a Corsican cheese and fig jam sharing platter and a glass of rosé on the beautiful terrace after coming in exhausted from an expedition. The two infinity pools are also lovely places to relax for a few hours. (Also worth mentioning, there are a couple of EV charging points in the hotel’s very convenient car park, although I didn’t see any electric/hybrid cars for hire at Calvi airport.)

“Fantastic hotel to relax and recharge”

I think this is the best hotel I've been to in Europe. The amenities are in line with the best 5 star hotels out there. The two infinity pools, the view on the Corsican mountains, the quiet and extremely relaxing location, the spa with sauna, hamam and massage chair, the all-wooden gym, the restaurant and quality of the food, the high speed wifi (you need to connect to the Business Wifi network for that, which is also free). However it was the staff quality that really stood out and combined with the contained dimensions of the hotels this created a true intimate effect generating the perfect environment where to relax. Both my wife and myself booked massages and were not disappointed, if you suffer from back problems ask about Stefano - he was an absolute superstar and gave us some of the best massages we've ever had. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we will definitely be back.

We were absolutely conquered by the magnificent view over the valley and the lake. The superior room of this boutique hotel was excellent, clean and well equipped. Staff is attentive and friendly.

This place has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are well-thought through, with comfortable beds, full minibar, tilting tv, toiletries, robes and slippers. Out of the two pools we only used the infinity pool, which is so nice we decided to stay at the hotel 2-3 days. But even with perfect facilities, a hotel’s personnel can make or break it. In this case, the staff made us feel very welcomed and made sure any request was catered for. From the cleaning lady who nicely folded and arranged our clothing, the reception who made restaurant reservations for us, to those preparing food and waiting tables at breakfast and dinner - all had attention to detail and remembered our previous choices. Altogether, this is a very nice hotel with a mountain view you do not get bored of, with a restaurant that serves very good food.

The staff is very friendly. The room is very clean, big and comfortable. The view we had from our room was incredible! The breakfast and dinner are both very good. They pay a lot of attention and have a lot of homemade goods. Great panoramic view from the swimmingpool, restaurant and jacuzzi. There is even a sauna and hammam. As you can see, everything is great!!

The stay was wonderful. Stunning structure with an attention to every detail. The view from the terrace, where you could have breakfast, lunch and dinner was a treat and so was the cuisine. Wonderful staff, courteous, available that just made you feel at compleate ease.
