“Luxurious, Safe and Fun”

Absolutely fantastic place to visit and stay. As a lone female traveller, I felt extremely safe on my own and felt like the staff really cared for my needs. I had a slight problem with my credit card as I did not know about the $300 dollar safety deposit at check-in (probably my own fault as my stay here was booked at immense short-notice). However, the gentleman on reception and the manager helped resolve this problem in a respectful and calm manner. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled in a very positive and professional way, I instantly felt at ease. There is a great variety of restaurants and bars which offer a great choice of food and drinks. The pool area was lovely and clean and the gym also looked great (although I was unable to use it this time). The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a great choice of channels on the TV and the bathroom facilities were also very useful (iron, ironing board, hairdryer, large well-lit mirrors, shower etc). Overall, an amazing experience. If I am ever back in the USA and in NY state, I will definitely be staying here again.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The view was excellent and having restaurants on site was very convenient. Check in is later than normal, but the process was smooth. The pool and hot tub lovely, but I would have preferred them to be outdoors.

The room was excellent! Big, clean, great views! The spa and swimming pool area was beautiful too. The staff was kind and helpful.

I loved the location, cleanliness, room was amazing (decor and view), and the receiving check-in staff was very pleasant. We dined at Lotus, and that was a good experience. There is a Starbucks, but I wish they had at least one other food franchise.

We stayed here after a concert at Bethel Woods. Location was convenient. Valet parking was not available but parking was still easy. Property was clean and well maintained.

Super mountain view upstairs. The pool was good. In the adult pool, there is a hot water pool. It was wonderful if you like the warm water.
