“Best hotel for Indiana Beach visits”
Included breakfast, clean renovated rooms in quiet location. Very close to Indiana Beach. We were able to come back to the room and eat instead of having to pay for park food and it only took us 2 mins to do so. Friendly helpful staff. My stepson forgot one of his plushies and we were hours away before he realized, and they mailed it to our home address for us.

“Poor customer service..do not see this place thriving”
I booked the room and had stayed there several times, prior..this time they put us in separate building out back..a far walk to the pool..I had my 9 yr old and her friend..

Given the price they really should do some basic upgrades on the rooms. Also if a smoke detector is beeping because the battery is low, just replace the battery instead of removing it from the room. Just overall disappointed. Thought they would maintain the rooms better.
