We are so extremely happy to have booked a stay at Poliflora, the owners, Poli, Flora and her daughter Futura were exceptional in every way. When we arrived at the apartment, they welcomed us so kindly and the apartment itself is so so cute, we felt so at home, it was super clean and all the details with the Italian books, vintage plates and decoration made this place so comfortable and cozy. The outside of the apartment was also so beautiful, full of flowers, plants and a glass house full of hundreds of cacti in the backyard. And even if you forget something at home, they thought of everything, cotton buds, shower gel, hairdryer, plasters, irons, a description of how to separate waste, and so on... and even pasta with tomato sauce to cook, fresh, cold water in the fridge, fruits and a homemade cake were waiting for us! They are really going above and beyond. And we also need to mention their unbelievable hospitality and help in times of need. We had a little domestic accident and Futura and her mother Flora were with us within minutes to help us out. We can't thank you enough!! You made us feel so welcome and it is definitely not the last time that we saw us. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And to everyone reading this and thinking about booking this place for your stay in Tuscany, do it now! <3

“Amazing Villa, amazing views, amazing value”

Villa PoliFlora was amazing. From the time we arrived we were so happy it was exactly how we had hoped.We were welcomed by Poli and a beautiful cake to have with our coffee. As the week unfolded we became aware of how special it was. Attention to detail and all a traveller's needs makes this place a stand-out in accommodation. An added bonus is being close to an amazing little hllltown but just outside the walls is so much more convenient when you have a car. The best of both worlds. Our breakfast balcony looked over the iconic Tuscan landscape. Thankyou Futura...we loved your Villa and will recommend it to all our friends.

“Perfect choice for exploring southern Tuscany”

Perfect location for exploring southern Tuscany - 10km from Pienza one way, 10km from Montepulciano another - and just outside the beautiful hill village of Montecchiello. The property is a house with 3 apartments. Ours was large, comfortable, nicely decorated and fully equipped (everything worked) with stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. Attention to detail was very impressive. No breakfast provided (although tea and filter coffee is supplied) but the excellent grocery shop just opposite made that irrelevant.

The apartment was very cozy, well equipped and it's in short walking distance from the old small town of Montichiello. The town is less crowded than other Tuscan towns, as least in October. We were welcomed with a cake and bowl of fruits. Futura and her family were so nice and willing to help. Among the first options when we plan to return to Tuscany.

Futura and her parents are very nice! Futura recommended us some tours to get to know the Val d‘Orcia better - producing Pici was awesome! The Flat is well prepared, you have coffee, some tea, soap etc. The Location inside Montichiello is also very nice! We enjoyed the stay :)

“Lovely house”

The location is beautiful,Futura was more than nice, everything is carefuly chosen beautiful decorated,and very well puted on their place.The rooms are big and spacious beds are confortable, There is a kichinete with everything you need if you want to cook:)(I didnt)cofee machines and cofee, Tea,sugar pasta and sauce.We had some home made cake, fruits and water complimentary from the house, Across the street there is a Shop and at 500 meters is the old vilage. Thank you Futura, as I said you have a gorgeus house and you are one very warm host.

A very well equipped apartment with everything you need at your disposal. The rooms were large and comfortable and all in pristine order. A comfortable bed and ample wardrobe space were much appreciated, as was the large tasteful bathroom. Our host Futura was very welcoming and helpful and we felt very at home there.

The apartment was super cute and ideal for a couple. Location great, it is in the middle on the Val d'Orcia, 10 mins away from Montepulciano and Pienza. Futura, the host was super nice and she gave us some amazing recommendations. Totally recomended!

Everything is perfect. The environment, the amazing view from the balcony, the lovely decoration of apartment, and the warmest family !!! I wish come back again and again.

The host was very helpful. Communication was excellent. Always to try and make excellent experiences for us. Nothing was any trouble. We will be back! A little deli across the road run by local family.

The location is in the center of Tuscana, very easy to visit surrounding areas. We like the big and bright sitting rooms, all cooking facilities are very convinient to use, we love the cake which was given as a gift, very tasty, bed is comfortable, bathroom is big and clean. Generally speaking, almost everything is good.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and very well equipped. The owners prepared a few bits for arrival - basics like tea, coffee, sugar, and then some extras like pasta and a cake - what a lovely touch! The location is great - fairly secluded (though there are 2 other apartments within the building), with a private balcony. However a 5 minute walk up the hill and there are some lovely restaurants to go to in the historic old town. There is also a mini market about 2 minutes away that does some lovely (but slightly expensive) fresh meat/bread etc. The apartment had everything we wanted - hairdryer, iron etc, and there was even a washing machine downstairs to use for free and an airer in the apartment which was really useful.
