The host has been very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great, with local specialties, typical Italian breakfast, which was amazing and we really enjoyed. The place is an traditional home turned into a B&B, very quite and it perfectly fits with the experience you live there. It's been very clean and our room was very comfortable as well. Bed as well too. 100% recommended.

The breakfast is amazing. The host Francesco makes everything himself and is very accommodating.

I absolutely like everything, it is a beautiful traditional italian apartment, decorated with charm, on a medieval building in the middle of an old and small town of Toscany. Francesco, the host, is ready to help you with everything you need. I would stay there again and again if i would come back.

Wonderful location, in a charming small medieval town, with good access to bigger towns like Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino. Excellent breakfast, including eggs if you ask for them. Free parking a short walk outside town gates - not ideal if you have mobility challenges. Instructions provided for checkin were exceptionally clear. Would happily return and recommend to others.

Staying in a house from around 1300 was such a privilege and made the whole experience feel authentic and special. We had everything we needed, and the breakfast that Francesco made fresh each morning was perfect and so tasty. He’s a fantastic host, welcoming and helpful. Montichiello itself is a beautiful little village with so much charm. Maybe towels could be replaced a bit more often, but honestly everything else was wonderful.

Beautiful, atmospherically furnished apartment with all the amenities you could want located in an equally beautiful village... and a very nice, kind host Francesco, who serves delicious breakfast and coffee every day... I hope that someday I will be able to return there... I recommend it to everyone with all my heart :)

“Amazing location, views of Tuscany and great host”

Montichello itself is a great location. Francesco was more than helpful. Breakfast was great - homemade each day, we saw Francesco make it and he gave us the recipes. The room was good and the bed comfortable; having our own wing with a private bathroom was very nice. There was the extra room, which we didn't use but anyone needing an extra child's room may like the option.

10/10. EVERYTHING!! Honestly, my favourite place I’ve ever stayed in. Francesco was so accommodating, friendly and was kind enough to even cook breakfast for us! I know breakfast was included, but he goes above and beyond to cook an array of breakfast options to enjoy. This property is perfect for solo travellers, couples and families alike.
