“wonderful view and location”
the view is incredible- you are right on the beach and in town. you have a lovely place to sit in the evening on the balcony. our room was clean, with 3 fans, which was enough.

The view from the upper balcony was exceptional! It’s really too hot to spend all day on the beach, so it was great to be able to hang out in the shade of the covered balcony. Room #4 has the best view and balcony space! It’s rare to find a place right on the beach, with only 50 meters to town!

“Great location”
Convenient location to shops and restaurants. Hotel was right on the beach. Requesting 2nd floor, ocean view gives an awesome view of the water. Price was very reasonable!

The view on the ocean and the beach. The balcony in front of the room. Located right in the middle of Montezuma. Good accomodation for a group of people traveling together, staying a few days in the area.

“best most peaceful balcony view if ever had”
you will not get a better location over looking the ocean right in town. I highly recommend an upper floor room for the best view
