The location is excellent, right in the middle of the very tiny town of Montezuma. It’s in front of the beach, our rooms were with bathroom, no AC, just a fan, no bathroom products, only hand soap, no hairdryer. Excellent WiFi that allows you to work consistently, even video calls are stable. The kitchen is shared and needs to be refurnished, pots and pans are very old. It’s quite hot in the kitchen, you can’t really cook … it’s not very clean. Overall, fairly OK value for money even though I’m finding Costa Rica quite pricey everywhere, more than Europe!

The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had all we needed. Blanca and Selena were so friendly and help us organize everything. We felt very welcome and would come back anyday.

Blanca was very hospitable and tried very hard to learn more words to communicate in English. The outdoor patio, room and bathroom were spacious. Proximity to the little town of Montezuma is awesome. Playa Cedros is also only a 10 minutes drive.

Good size room. Basic, but good for the price. Lovely big terrace outside. Location perfect. Very near the beach. Kitchen also fine....not that well equipped, but sufficient.

“Acceptable”

Great views. Excellent location close to town. Over the road from a nice swimming beach. Dogs and cats were very cute. Occasional white face capuchin monkey on site. Selina able to book many tours.

Fabulous location right next to the beach and within easy walking distance of the village centre and restaurants. The rooms are simple but spacious and clean. The kitchen facilities were very good. We loved the large veranda.

Clean, by the beach and the owner was really nice. There’s also a kitchen available but we stayed for only one night and haven’t used it. The room was basic but great for what we needed. Would stay here again.

Beautiful beach front property right near centre of town. Large spacious rooms, with large windows that open right out to the ocean. Great location - walking distance to both town and Montezuma waterfalls. Well equipped/clean shared kitchen.

Fantastic location very close to the sea, to the beach and Montezuma centre. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Small fridge in the room would be perfect, otherwise everything was excellent.

Really nice property, the owner is lovely, she let me leave my car there all day while I went on an island tour and I checked in once I got back. Nice big spacious room and 1 min walk from the Center (not that the town is very big at all).
