“Amazing Place”
The staff were friendly, caring, professional yet easy going. They made us feel like family. The food was exceptional! Drinks were unique and amazing. Massage was the best we have ever had. Noise level - very quiet. Yoga shala was amazing! Tristan, Krystal, Mabel and many others went above and beyond to male sure we were comfortable. The beds were so soft yet just right. Room was private yet not far from everything.

“Best hotel in Costa Rica”
Very warm and welcoming staff! Room and facilities are all well taken care of and we enjoyed every dish at the restaurant. (Too many good options to choose from). We extended our visit to stay longer than planned at this wonderful place. The massage (mixed techniques) was also very good!

“Exceptional property and delicious food!”
The property is so beautiful I can’t describe it. Beautiful nature surrounds you. Trees, palms, flowers etc. It feels like you are truly staying at the jungle. At the restaurant they serve the most delicious meals and breakfast and I can highly recommend anyone staying in this area to choose for Aves Resort.

“I think this is the best place to stay in montazuma, maybe even costa rica”
The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough to help. Ìf something not available, someone made it available. Didn't expect tips, but we're very humble when I gave tips. They were just soooo friendly. And massages even more amazing, I come from England frequently for massages and to stay at Aves. Also everything is safe, I often left my purse or phone on bar or dinning table, waiters always kept safe and found me to return to me.

“Best villa we had in Costa Rica, excellent”
Great villa, spacious and luxury beds. Also a great deck to spend time on. The bathroom with outside sjouwers are beautiful. We had a great time and the staff is verry helpful. One of the extra benifitsbis the restaurant Ubin at the hotel. The food is excellent and verry tasty. The best hotel we had sofar in Costa Rica

Fabulous modern hotel within a beautiful setting. The quality of the food was fantastic. Lovely pools. The staff were great from our arrival onwards. Reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant staff were excellent. We can't fault this place. We'll done and thank you to everyone involved!

“Had a great time at Aves! Would definetly go again”
The hotel was great value for the money. Staff friendly and attentive. We had an extra guest join on short notice and were able to accommodate for only a small surcharge. The breakfast is great and the rooms/pools nested in the trees feel really private.

Our second stay at this hotel, and both visits we extended our stay by two extra days. A truly fantastic hotel, exceptional breakfast, and wonderful staff, especially the lovely young Texan fellow, who served breakfasts ( so sorry we forgot your name) Mike the owner was always kind, considerate, and made our second visit here, very welcoming. ope to visit again one day

Absolutely amazing! It’s clean, calm, well organised and the staff is great. Everything is taken care of! The beds are amazing!! The best beds we had in whole Costa Rica. The location is a 10 minute (bumpy) ride from the city, but nothing more difficult than other roads in Costa Rica. It’s part of the deal. Make sure you have a car if you stay here. If not, the hotel can arrange transfers and tours where they pick you up.

“Comfortable and relaxing stay”
Beautiful landscape garden. Staff are very pleasant and Nina the Receptionist helped us with lots of local information. The room is good, clean and nicely decorated. Great stay especially after hiking and walking all the muddy trails.

“Wow”
Everything! Stating at the great welcoming tour at the place, the room was just incredible! Huge and very comfy bed, the outdoor shower was super, the pool was very clean! Everything about this place was just amazing!!
