“Although location is good, I will not come back.”

Location of the hotel is the highlight. Near parks, restaurants and the Punta Carretas Shopping Mall. For travelers by car, there's a parking garage (charged extra).

Nicely located in Punta Carretas. Comfortable, nice looking rooms. La rambla and many restaurants are within walking distance. The staff was welcoming and quite informative when we needed information.

Nice hotel, room was clean, but definitely not as new as on the photos. Breakfast was nice and good location. Best thing about the hotel is its staff. Receptionists were very nice, friendly and helpful! Thanks Ahmed to answer all of my questions, that happened to be many.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The location was very good, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. This was definitely one of the biggest advantages of staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to answer questions and assist whenever needed, which made the experience more pleasant. The breakfast was quite basic. While it was sufficient to start the day, there wasn’t a wide variety of options available. It would be nice to see a bit more selection in the future.

“Lovely little hotel in great location”

I stayed at this hotel for four nights unfortunately due to a flight delay I missed out on the first day and arrived at midnight. My check-in was very smooth. My room was perfect with a Kettle, microwave and kitchenette and very clean. The walls could do with a paint to freshen them up. The view wasn’t fantastic but I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room anyway. Staff are really helpful. I met Veronica on my floor and she was so lovely and friendly and took me up to the roof to show me the gym and pool area. Lovely lady! Breakfast was good and plentiful with something for everyone. Though I must say the staff were quite miserable. Great location. Only a ten minute amble to the Rambla. The male reception staff were also very helpful. Highly recommended

The location was very convenient. Near to the river, parks, restaurants, bus stops, stores and more. The front desk staff was great! The pool was nice because it was 32 c for 3 days. The water level seemed a little low. Breakfast was good. The Front Desk staff was really friendly and helpful. That is why I would return.

I went to have breakfast on Saturday, when the hours were extended. I arrived 20 minutes before closing, got what I was going to eat, and everything was fine. Suddenly, the waitress came and said I had to vacate the table, even though there were other people having breakfast. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said the same thing rudely. I protested and had to go to a table in the lobby to finish my coffee... a total absurdity, and I had never experienced anything like it before. Terrible! The waiter (a young man) was also very unprofessional, and what saved me was another waitress (a young woman) who was super helpful, apologized, and always treated me very well. I would never stay at the hotel again, and if I did, it would certainly be without breakfast. Terrible service and attitude from the waiters and the manager.

“Excellent hotel and location”

Excellent location and spacious bedroom with a small kitchenette, microwave, fridge and plates/cutlery. The bed was large and very comfortable. We also had a table and chairs in our room and a balcony with seating and a table. The shower pressure and temperature control was excellent. The breakfast area and reception was buzzing with life every day, which made for a very relaxed feel. Very good choice of food at breakfast. The background music in these areas is also spot on and very relaxing. The hotel is situated in a good area with a convenience store directly opposite and a large variety of shops, restaurants and cafés nearby as well as Punt Carretas shopping mall a short 5 minute walk away. There are also a couple of beautiful Fresh Markets in the vicinity and a bus stop where you can catch the 121 into the old town (Ciudad Vieja) for 61 pesos for a single journey. There is a rooftop swimming pool which is just great to cool off in at the end of the day. We were so pleased to have booked this hotel.

Location was nice, there is a supermarket across the street, and many restaurants around, including one inside the hotel (where the breakfast is served). The beds are comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. We also had a kitchenette which we didn't really use but seemed nice to have.

“Great hotel, friendly staff, nice location”

I adored this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Although it’s not in central Montevideo, it’s a good location to walk around, get coffee, check out the lighthouse etc. staff were super friendly and helpful especially with my luggage storage. Breakfast was a nice spread too. Would stay here again!
