Difficult to find at first. It could use a sign on road. Very noisy dogs all night nearby.

“Best place to stay in Monteverde!”
This is a really amazing and remote house far from all the noise with an amazing view on the valley and the mountains! Especially beautiful in the evening when the clouds go down from the mountains to the valley and everything around looks really mysterious. The house has everything you need so you really feel like you’re at home. The house and all the furniture is made of wood so it helps you to connect even more with the nature. What was really convenient is that we could make a self check-in and check-out. The place is only 15-20 minutes drive from Monteverde national park. We’ve seen a lot of colibris there as well :)

A lovely little private chalet set in beautiful grounds overlooking the mountains. Everything we needed was there and the host contacted us by whatsapp and helped us out booking local tickets and offering advice. I wish I could have stayed longer!

“Peaceful cabin in the woods”
Really peaceful location and great host, who has given us rides and was very proactive in suggesting activities and helping out. We really enjoyed the stay & recommend staying here, if you want to take it easy and enjoy the quietness.

“Private cabin in valley of monteverde cloud forest”
The place is in valley with amazing views, it is located outside the downtown (15 min by car to st elena) so it is very private :-). The place has its magic and you can feel the nature around you. The house is well equiped, owner of the house is great guy and very helpful (pura vida man!).
