“Excellent hotel”

Our rooms were upgraded and we had an amazing hot plunge pool. Staff were excellent. After zip lining my daughters white shorts were very dirty and they laundered them complimentary. We organised a night walk via the hotel which was good. Breakfast and evening meals very good. Sta

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel — without a doubt the highlight of our entire trip. The location is fantastic, perfectly situated and surrounded by beautiful nature. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They truly go above and beyond, always thinking along with you, offering help where needed, and doing it all with genuine kindness and a smile. Everything was spotless. You can really tell how much care and attention goes into maintaining the hotel. Breakfast was exceptional — à la carte with a wide variety of options, perfectly sized portions, and everything tasted amazing. Fresh coffee and juices completed the experience beautifully. We stayed in one of the “treehouse-style” accommodations, which was simply stunning. Spread over two floors, very spacious, and such a unique and special place to stay. The pool is on the smaller side, but honestly more than enough to cool off and relax after a day of exploring. In the evenings, we loved gathering around the campfire — such a cozy atmosphere. The children especially enjoyed roasting marshmallows, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. We also booked an evening tour through the hotel, which we highly recommend. Our guide was incredibly friendly and made the experience even more memorable. All in all, this was truly the most beautiful and special hotel of our entire trip. We would return in a heartbeat.

The location and the views are awesome. We had a nice room with a plunge pool. Sometimes we saw coatis and agutis from.our terrace. Really cute. The restaurant serves delicious food and the staff is very friendly. Complimentary coffee, beer, juice and banana chips in the room.

“A little bit of heaven”

The location was amazing, facilities were perfect as we had a plunge pool in our room. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The grounds were so beautiful and there was so much wildlife too.

Absolutely everything. This was the best lodge we have stayed at … by far!! If you’re wondering about whether to spend a little extra , go for hit, it’s just wonderful. The hotel, staff, service, all sublime!!

The staff were lovely just so friendly and kind and they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We did no tours but we saw lots of animals from the balconies and saw the Quetzel bird in the cloud forest!

“Truly lovely.”

Floor to ceiling window in our two story loft suite, balcony, view of ocean. Walking on the reserve right next to hotel property we saw several mammals in their native habitat. The day before we did the extension bridge tour and saw none. The hotel grounds were lovely. Staff were exceptionally helpful at check-in. Room was beautiful and cozy after a day adventure hiking in rain.
