No hooks in the bathroom, hard to put your towel somewhere.

The bedrooms were clean and comfy. The place has a shared kitchen which is useful and great views from the terrace/dining room. Most of all two guys who ran/owned the place were really welcoming and super helpful with explaining all the tours available in the area. You are also able to arrange tours through them. Overall a fantastic stay!

The view of the surrounding town, trees and mountains is beautiful. Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated room.

Great views, big comfortable beds, clean, with wonderful staff at reception (Ro is a godsend!. The staff really made the stay for me. The restaurant next door is wonderful - great menu, huge portions and affordable! Pura Vida!

“Good value for money, perfect location but limited facilities”

Breakfast was really good, although it is only for certain times only (starts from 7:00 am). The usual schedule for activities in Monteverde is that you have early morning walk in the park and then afternoon activities which prevents you from getting a chance to have breakfast served. I would appreciated if breakfast would be left for us so we could eat it after our activity in the morning

Close to everything, parking is secure, Ro was amazingly helpful. I loved the common areas, where we met some fellow travellers. Super clean and great view!

We absolutely loved our stay! We had room 13, a double room with 2 double beds. It was absolutely huge with a really nice bathroom and very comfy beds. The view from the room was beautiful over the valley and with great forest views. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. Every day I had 2 coffees and a plate of tropical fruit (I counted 8 this morning) followed by, on alternating days, waffles, toast and pancakes. It’s amazing for the price. Best of all was the absolute legend that is Ro who works there on front desk. He’s so lovely, and was super helpful to us in booking tours and transport and ensuring we had our dietary requirements well catered for. Lovely bloke and really made our stay - Thanks Ro!!

My favorite stay in Costa Rica. Everything was amazing, great location, friendly and helpful staff. I felt at home.

We had a wonderful stay here!! The location was perfect, walkable to the shops and restaurants but quiet at night and gorgeous views from the terrace. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable (2 pillows each!). The communal spaces were nice to relax in especially the hanging chairs. The breakfast was tasty and filling. Best of all were the hosts/staff, they were super friendly and helpful and helped us book all our trips and tours whilst we were there. We did the El Tigre Waterfall Hike and Ziplining at Selvatura, I highly recommend both! Overall an amazing stay, I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was amazing thanks to the receptionist Ro. He was super professional and gave us all the details and hints for us to have a great trip. He speaks multiple languages and it's really the best receptionist I had in Costa Rica. Grazie Ro!

Kitchen got everything you'll need, comfy bed and hot water shower. Wifi was decent. Ro was friendly!
