The location of the apartment, the view, beautiful. The host Ilfido and son Dylan arranged the evening walk together. Top was the nice animals seen among others; the Owl, scorpions, a Rat, Walking branches, frogs, various birds. Great view, in short, highly recommended.

Perfect. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen facilities are sufficient to cook a meal, tucked into a small area. The best thing here is the warm and friendly hosts, we were made to feel very welcome. The night walking tour in the forest was interesting and enjoyable. We would return!

We had a nice stay. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host gave great recommendations for places to visit. The bathroom and kitchen are quite small, but they have everything needed for basic meals. The night tour with the host’s husband was a great experience.

An amazing place in the nature and one step from the village! The owners were very friendly and had plenty of recommendation for activities and tours. We loved it! A peaceful area with Calibris and great view! One of th best places in Costa Rica.

“Beautiful Stay in the Monteverde Mountains”

Arelys was very welcoming and informative about what to do around town. She shared a list of free activities to do and restaurant recommendations. The place was very peaceful and overlooked the mountains. The hot water in the shower was another plus! My siblings and I were staying there during Easter and Arelys surprised us with a little Easter basket of goodies :') Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

- Arelys , the host, is the friendliest and most helpfull host we had in our trip in Costa Rica. - the bed is comfy and big - the room feels big (nice high sealing) and there is a coffee machine and fridge ! - its very clean and hygienic, it smells clean when you enter the room - overall it feels cosy and specially Arelys and her familie make you feel at home

“Beautiful views and incredible host!”

We had such a special stay at Monteluna studios. The views are breathtaking and the studio is cosy and has everything you need. Main activities are a short journey away and Arelys (the host) gave us great suggestions for places to eat in town. Arelys went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She gave tips on the local area and even contacted our shuttle bus company that did not arrive, to confirm they were coming to pick us up. We have never had a host go so out of there way to make our stay perfect! We would 100% recommend.

“Welcoming family & beautiful view”

We were welcomed by the family and really felt at ease there. The view to the surroundings from the balcony and the upper room are absolutely stunning. It is a good place to start discovering the Santa Elena surroundings. The family was very helpfull to book activities and recommend good places to visit. Selvatura ziplining and the guided nightwalk were highlights of our stay there. They also recommended some nice places to go for dinner with the family.
