Lovely clean studio with all we needed for a couple of nights. The owners are very kind and welcoming. Kitchen is simple so can't cook anything elaborate. Good clean shower and bathroom. Definitely recommend.

We had an exceptionally good stay here at Alma Verde 2. What a find! The accommodation was beautiful - just what was needed and so clean and welcoming. But what made our stay so very excellent was our host Elvin. He is a natural history tour guide and not only did he recommend and arrange tours for us - he took us himself and shared some of his amazing knowledge about the flora and fauna of this fascinating and beautiful region. We can’t thank him enough for his kindness and hospitality. We thoroughly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for well placed comfortable accommodation (with the added bonus of a built-in tour guide!)

It's a perfect place to stay in Monteverde!! Our host Alvin is the best host you can imagine. He is also a guide in the national park and helped us get tickets and even drove us to the entrance. The house is new, clean, perfectly equipped and has a great view from the balcony. All in all, it is highly recommended!!

“Alma Verde, a perfect stay”
Elvin was the perfect host. The accomodation met all my needs. The balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning, a beer in the afternoon and a glass of wine in the evening. The location is just far enough away, but close enough to get to anywhere you need to go. Elvin provided all the information and guidance for any activity resulting in a perfect stay. 100% satisfaction.
