Very successful stay. The house has all the necessary amenities, new equipment, it is clean, quiet. It is spacious, very functional and has all the equipment you could need. Situated in a quiet, peaceful area, it provides excellent rest. Upon arrival, Antonio warmly welcomed us with homemade cake, prepared by his wife. He is very nice, helpful and does everything to ensure a comfortable stay, willing to provide any help and useful tips. I recommend it with full conviction.

Our brief stay at Casa Vacanze Civico 32 was highly satisfactory. Right from the start, communication with Antonio was smooth and pleasant through the booking.com messaging system. Upon arrival, Antonio warmly welcomed us with a homemade cake. The apartment, equipped with all essentials, was impeccably maintained. The thoughtfully stocked kitchen drawers and fridge enhanced the experience. Antonio even facilitated a dinner reservation at a very nice restaurant. If we find ourselves in the area again, I would undoubtedly choose this hospitable accommodation once more. Highly recommended!

“Wonderful stay”
The room/apartment had all the needed amenities, including a washing machine. It was clean and like new. The room felt like a hotel room. I liked the softer bed and memory foam pillow. The owner, Antonio, was extremely nice. His wife made a wonderful marble cake for breakfast. I would stay here again.
