“Perfect !”
Extremely comfortable and well provisioned apartment. Plenty of space for the 2 of us - more guests would also be fine. Quiet location, handy supermarket around the corner. Easy walks to city sites, and easy drives to explore the wider area.

“A great and big place with everything you need”
We booked on the day of arrival and the owner was very flexible and responsive The apartment was more than perfect : modern, clean, BIG (which is so important with a young kid who needs to move and play), with a washing machine and very good equipments. Good starting point to visit Matera with affordable prices

“Excellent first trip to Basilicata”
Casa Pati was an excellent find. We were there for a long week-end in January. we used the house as bae to start to discover Basilicata. The house is as indicated in the pictures, very clean and situated in the new part of a little Basilicata town, this is a plus in case you arrive by car, because it gives you free parking lots just steps from the home. Anna was very helpful, both with indications about the house and surroundings. we also had some issues with the internet connection and Anna was very quick in talking with the internet provider and solving the issue. All together, it was an excellent trip and Casa Pati was a very good base for it.

“A jewel in Montescaglioso”
Great property! Everything is new, mattresses, pillows very comfy, very nice and clean bathroom, fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances you might need. Also, it has a small balcony with a round table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a wine one evening, please add a photo of it, very nice surprise! The owner is very helpful, available and nice. We received a lot of good recommendations, from restaurants, to shops, to things to visit. Every time we had a problem, it was quickly solved - for example a messy internet connection one day (we worked remotely from the location and stayed for 3 weeks) - stable wifi connection available in all the house. 15min on foot to the old town (a little uphill), but without the hustle of finding a parking place. Always found a spot just in front of the property (stayed in May).
