The bedsheet and blanket have yellow stains. When I opened the door and entered the bathroom, I found that the towels had not been replaced. There is also no hair dryer in the room.

“Overcharged, Promised Refund Never Came - Unacceptable!”
Beware of the invoice when check out. I was overcharged 1856.4 MXN for an extra night. The hotel admitted their mistake when I checkout, and gave me a credit invoice, also promised an immediate refund. 20+ days later, no refund. All my follow-up attempts have been ignored. They acknowledged the error but failed to correct it. This is dishonest and reflects extremely poor customer service. Stay elsewhere if you want transparent billing and reliable service.

“It's a cozy hotel with great location if you have access to a car.”
The breakfast buffet didn't have too many options, but the ones that were available were very delicious. The nocturnal staff were very helpful and friendly, they made the check-in process very smooth.

The room was not adequatelly clean. Additional, the air conditioner system is generating a lot of noise.

“Great spot for a quiet stay or business trip!”
Very comfortable room, large bed, and good WiFi! The decor was modern and there was a good space to work. It was also very quiet at night.

“Good location and value for the money.”
The breakfast was good but not excellent. Given it's a Wyndham hotel, I thought there would be made-to-order items rather than everything being served on a steam table.
