The overall cleanliness of the property was satisfactory, but the quality of service and condition of the amenities in the room were disappointing. On the first day of my stay, the telephone in the room was not functioning, which made it very difficult for me to place a room service order. Despite making multiple calls to the restaurant using the broken phone, no one responded to assist me. The level of service provided by the hotel did not meet the expectations set by the room rate they were charging.
