“Good value, good restaurant and good location.”
Good restaurant and I found both breakfast and lunch to be well made and nice tasting, beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a coffee machine that could make various types of coffee. The breakfast had a toaster to toast bread. I mention these minor items because this hotel had these basic necessities unlike certain other international hotels in the area that did not have the basics.

“No consideration”
They made a mistake in not including the breakfast in my reservation, and then wanted to charge me full rate, I told them since you made the mistake can you give me the discount rate given to the huésped stayng at the hotel he said no, even tho it was his mistake

The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, with very easy access to amenities in the centre including the museums, macroplaza, Zona antigua and the metro system.

“Not 5 stars but mostly acceptable”
The hotel is well placed in the urban center. Breakfast has very good omelets made by request and an ok selection of meats, beans and mostly sugary breakfast options. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

“Overall great stay and will do it again soon.”
I loved that they went ahead and upgraded our room for free to a suite that had an amazing view out of a corner window. I t was really one of the best hotel views I had seen in a while , especially for it being free.
