Receptionist had good English and was respectful.

When I arrived from a flight that lasted from 4 am, I got to the hotel by 2 pm and was forced to wait another hour on the sofa in the lobby, since check-in was from 3 pm, but not because there were no places. . . . These are hotel principles, so everyone was waiting. there were shampoos in the room, there was no soap and there was one old towel, the room was clean, without cockroaches. When I wanted to extend my stay by 1 day, they asked for double the price, after which I left the hotel and checked into another one, where they checked me in immediately and did not keep me waiting. I would not return here in the future. Only one woman at the reception was friendly to me.

I arrive late at the airport and needed a place close to the bus station to continue my trip the next morning. This is a large recently built (I estimate) hotel complex with as many rooms as possible squeezed onto this block. Everything was new and clean, check in staff were friendly. Bathroom was new and clean.

As I filed a claim, because of the service thus the 'hotel' which in fact is a Motel, it did not exceed my expectations at all.

The room was very clean, it has a lot of space, the AC is silent, the shower has hot and cold water, and the room in general is very silent, you can´t hear anything from the other rooms. And also de bed is very comfortable

The bed was firm, that meet my requirement. Room was quite clean and daily house keeping was also good. Location is centrally located and lot of bus routes pass from hotel. There are a couple of red light centers in the area and locality suggested not to go out alone in dark.
