“Excellent stay with great value for the price”
I stayed at Kavia Hotel with a city and mountain view, and everything was excellent. The quality is honestly much higher than what you would expect for this price, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was clean, comfortable, and well designed. The view of the city and mountains was beautiful, especially in the morning and at sunset. Everything felt thought out and well maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Overall, it was a perfect stay. Great value for money, great comfort, and I would absolutely stay here again.

“Overall, the location and late check-out were great, but the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and maintenance is”
The main things I liked about this hotel were the location and the late check-out at 12:00, which was very convenient and definitely a big plus.

The room cleanliness. Good behaviour of the staff The best part though was the location where I could see the town right from the window. Extremely close and walking distance to all the city attractions like Macroplaza and Barrio Antiguo

“Not happy with the staff”
The staff was not kind. I wanted 2 glasses for drinking in the hotel room. But they said they don’t even have glasses. They didn’t even have towel for hands or face. I asked them 3 chairs and it was for 3 people. But there were only 2 towels and 1 chair.
