We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and always available when needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay, and I would be happy to come back again in the future!

Located in the historic center, easy walking distance to bars and shops. Spacious apartment with a kitchenette, working WiFi, communicative host who was very helpful. They even made a reservation for us at an excellent nearby restaurant.

Wonderful stay...exceptional host who met us when we arrived, set us up with wifi, made dinner reservation for us and was available for any questions we had. Couldn't have been better treated! Highly recommend both the accommodation and Fabrizio, our host!

Great central location. Good sized, nicely appointed falt in quiet quiet quiet place right within minutes of greatly charming old Monterotondo. Host was super helpful and communicative.

“Super!”
Super easy to head to the apartment. You can check in whenever you like, thanks to the self check in option. The apartment is super cozy (with AC - that helps to manage this torrid summer) and Fabrizio is amazing. We did not meet each other (unfortunately) for a matter of timings, but he has been super kind in giving tips, explanations and super responsive. We loved everything!

We loved staying in this perfectly located, lovely, comfortable and beautifully renovated apartment. Crisp clean sheets and a super clean apartment made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable too. Plus the host Fabrizio was so friendly and very helpful. I had forgotten to advise of our arrival time and he was there to help us settle after a 30 km walk (part of the Via San Francesco Camino). Fabrizio organised a restaurant for us 80 metres away and the food was absolutely superb! Highly recommend this apartment- it is really special. Thank you Fabrizio.
