A lovely homely apartment in a lovely location. Some really nice touches like space sun hat and beach bag available. Elizabeth’s care and support with getting us into the apartment due to our late arrival.

Everything was fantastic - location, host and facilities. Elizabeth our host was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and swim.

A wonderful apartment with all amenities in the heart of Monterosso. Hospitable hostess, Francesca, greeted us at the door. The windows overlook the sea. There are two air conditioners for when it's hot or cold. We stayed in April for sightseeing, but it's also very convenient for a beach holiday in the appropriate season – a nice bay with small pebbles is right nearby. The boat to the Cinqua Terre villages is also nearby. There are plenty of cafes and shops around, where you can have breakfast. A small supermarket, Crai, is up the main street; after the arch, it's a hundred meters on the left. In April, lemons and oranges grow on the trees in Monterosso. The hike to Vernazza is interesting, but not so easy for people over 60 or with children – about 500 steps must be climbed in the first leg. The trail is narrow, with a lot of oncoming traffic, so the stated hike time of 1:50 is unrealistic even for young people. Time is also wasted stopping for photos – there are many good views. Perfect size for our family of 4, excellent location with bakery, markets, shops, restaurants right on our doorstep and then the beach and nice walks moments away, nice little balcony too with great views. Finally - the host was very helpful and friendly.

“Cute, cosy stay in the heart of Monterosso”

A beautifully clean, cosy and well presented apartment, in the heart of old town Monterosso. Excellent location, only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, 5-10 minute walk to the train station and in the middle of all the best restaurants/bars and shopping. Our host, Francesca, was wonderful! So warm and welcoming and always available via text/call.

Located in the centre of old town monterosso. It's a beautiful 2 bed apartment with balcony. Shops bars and restaurants on the doorstep but quiet enough to sleep. Very clean and comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. Very happy with timer stay

“Very nice!”

The apartment is well furnished and clean with all the works. Location is right in the old town centre with lots of eateries around. Had one of our best lunch in Italy at one Osteria just 2 mins from the apartment. About 10 mins walk from the train station but well worth the effort. Host is very nice and friendly. Had good communications with her prior to our arrival due to some train strike affecting our travel. And she was very accommodating to our change of arrival timings. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Everything! Gorgeous apartment with cute balcony so clean and lovely with doors opening out to a gorgeous balcony overlooking the street. Our host was a delight and took time to show us everything and gave lovely recommendations for eateries. She was just so lovely.

Incredible location we loved this stay!! Host was amazing and so helpful and this stay is all about location. Bonus having a washing machine. Fabulous restaurants right outside the front door! Loved it!

“Brilliant stay”

Amazing location in Monterosso, it was lovely experiencing the quiet mornings and evenings in what’s normally a bustling road. Bed was very comfortable and the apartment overall had everything we needed. We were able to do washing and get everything dry in a day which was great. The host was very accommodating and helped us settle in with some good recommendations.

“Perfect stay!”

The apartment was very central in the old part of Monterosso. Francesca very kindly let us check in early (and check out slightly later). The apartment had everything you need, it is all very well thought out. There are also many restaurants around for lunch/dinner and a bakery opposite for breakfast. Monterosso was the perfect place to stay to explore the Cinque Terre!
