One of the best places we’ve ever stayed due to the wonderful hosts and staff who provided a warm welcome, constantly excellent and friendly service, and lots of little touches that made the stay extra special. The garden was a delightful place to start each day - an excellent breakfast served by staff who couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. Beautifully decorated and comfortable room. Great location in the heart of the old town. Just fabulous!

Perfect location for everything. The hosts, Fausto and Mariapia gave us such a welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the room is was very traditional and spotlessly clean. Lovely snacks, tea/coffee and mini fridge filled with soft drinks, water and homemade orangcino and limoncino. Loved the beach bag and beach towels that were provided. The breakfast was fresh, beautifully prepared and served in the private garden. Servers were friendly and again nothing was too much trouble, it was so special. We were given recommendations for places to eat and we tried 3 out of 4 and all were fabulous. Amazing stay, not long enough. We will be back.

The room was great, quaint and secret garden was just the place to relax to recharge and go exploring again. Breakfast was good. The room was cleaned and changed twice a day! Wonderful!

The accommodation was just perfect for our needs. Our room, beautifully titled ‘The Golden Room’ was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely stocked with themed toiletries and the room had fruit, drinks and snacks available free of charge. The staff couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was perfect in every way. It was, however, the ‘enchanted’ garden that really topped our stay. A perfect place for the lovingly prepared breakfast and a calm oasis for relaxation.

Amazing location, beautiful garden, gorgeous breakfast. Complimentary minibar including homemade limoncello! The property had loads of character, charm and was sparkling clean. Staff were amazing. Quiet lane, 1 min to restaurants and 3 min walk to beach. 10 min walk to train station. Easy access. They thought of everything, very well run B & B.

We stayed in the Gold Room which was very well setup with plenty of space for the two of us. The room was immaculate with lots of very thoughtful additional items including free mini bar, fresh fruit and snacks. The breakfast preparation, presentation and quality was superb. We had breakfast in the beautiful garden under the fruiting lemon trees. When the morning was raining we had breakfast in our room which again was incredible.

Just the most comfortable and loveliest place I’ve stayed. We stayed in the Golden Suite which had everything, including plenty of room. Such thoughtful hosts who have thought of everything. We had to check out very early on our departure day, and they made sandwiches and packed us off on our journey with such care. Private garden for breakfast was a real treat.

Everything was amazing, the room was spotlessly clean serviced each day with clean towels and replenished snacks and drinks. The location of a hidden garden where the most generous breakfast was served, is simply beautiful. Every aspect of our stay was catered for beyond our expectations.

“The perfect place to stay for a wonderful holiday.”

This place is extraordinary. Everything about it is perfect. The golden suite is very beautifully furnished with an exceptional antique bed head and dining table and chairs and chaise. The bar fridge is large and stocked with drinks. Which are free. This is refilled daily. Fruit, chocolates and biscuits are also provided Fausto and Mariapia are wonderful hosts. They are so friendly and welcoming. May, the housekeeper is amazing. The rooms are cleaned daily and the bed is turned down in the evening. Beautiful beach towels are provided in a beach bag and replaced when used. The mini fridge also contained Mariapia’s home made limoncello and orange liqueurs. The highlight is the walled garden with tables set at discrete distances amongst the hydrangeas, azaleas, fruit trees etc. You may use the garden at any time. Breakfast is served in this garden by May and her helper every morning. There is so much choice. The property is in walking distance from the train station which has lifts. There are no steps up to this property .

Breakfast was great, location is great. The small garden is amazing. The staff is very attentive and takes great care to clean the room regularly. We enjoyed our stay greatly. The limoncini in the minibar was an amazing surprise.

We had an amazing time at Il Giardino Incantato. The staff were absolutely wonderful and the breakfast in the garden each morning was such a beautiful way to start the day. The accommodation was in a very central location and it was easy to access all the places we wanted to visit. Thank you!!!

Everything was perfect, highly recommended. Great beds, very spacious, comfortable and clean room. Quiet yet close to everything.. Fabulous location in old city, close to Beach, restaurants and shops around the corner. Full breakfast is such a spoil in their beautiful garden is included and compliment bar fridge with home made limonchello. A 10* accomodation in beautiful Monterosso..
