Hotel Palme was amazing!! Location was perfect for a central location to discover the cinque terre and to walk there from the train station as it was flat and not far to get there. Staff were so friendly and happy to help when asked!! Could not fault it at all!!

The location was superb, less than 5 minutes walk from railway station, and very close to beach, cafe's and restaurants. Close to all activities associated with the cinque terrace.

“Very helpful staff”

The staff were brilliant and so helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage (and even had a room available early for us - thank you cleaning staff!) so we could walk between the cinque terrace villages without carrying our luggage before the normal check in time. The breakfast was great, good choice of foods. Had a good fun with the reception staff. Nice location within easy (and flat) walking distance of shops, beach, railway station.

The location was perfect for a stay in Cinque Terre, five minute walk from the station. The breakfast was substantial and staff all very friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff, helping with maps and suggestions for restaurants, and how to approach the walks. They recommended the boat trip to Port de Venere which was well worth doing.

Perfect location, only a few minutes walk from the train station and close to the beach. Good size room with a terrace. Great breakfast and very friendly reception staff, especially Emma!

Great location at 5 mins to train station by walking, great breakfast spread and very kind staff. They offered us also breakfast as train was early in the morning. Great place.

“Great location in need of renovation”

This is a four-star hotel that unfortunately feels in need of renovation. The beds are acceptable, but the bathroom is very small, and the room lacks basic amenities like coffee or tea. Breakfast was decent, though nothing particularly memorable. On the plus side, the location is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, and having an on-site garage is a convenient bonus.

We had room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel was easy to find and provided a parking space for our hire car. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Lovely staff. Beyond helpful. 10/10 bar drinks were great. Towels provided for the beach which was a great added extra.

The staff was the best. Rooms are clean. The breakfast is very good and a nice assortment. The room could be better organized because there is not enough room for two open bags at a time. Near the beach. About 1.5 km from the center but a nice and easy walk. No beach front but overall very recommended.
