This seafront hotel is in the heart of Monterosso in the Cinque Terre, only 100 metres from the train station. It offers rooms with air conditioning and TV. “Rudest scammers we've ever encountered. Terrible experience, stay elsewhere.”
Our kitchen and cleaning staff were lovely. The owners however were awful and scammed us with a 'broken toilet seat' they said we broke. Charged us 35 euro. Also kept entering our room when the do not disturb sign was on. The rudest people and the most unwelcome we have ever felt in all our travel days.

The location is absolutely perfect. What a beautiful little gem so sad that its reception staff are so rude and let the hotel down making guests feel very unwelcome.

“Loves our stay”
The ideal location in Monterosso. A two minute walk from the train station. Across from Stella marina beach bar and ten minute walk to the old town . Our room was spacious we went with a sea view and you could hear the waves at night which was lovely . The breakfast was very good . The wifi worked well. The hotel.is very clean..shower worked great

Location, friendliness of one of the family members that own the hotel, Simone. Powerful shower. Cleanliness. Quality of products in breakfast buffet but choice was limited. Overall, not good value for money.

Brilliant location. Amazing staff who were so helpful. Great breakfast. Book a sea view room - amazing view and sleeping to the sound of the waves. Will certainly stay here again

Wonderful position above a happy sandy beach in a small family oriented Cinque Terre village. No cars so you really could lie in bed and hear the waves lapping on the shore. Lovely balcony and good bars and restaurants all around.
