This was a lovely private place with nice outdoor table setting...just off the main highway. It was clean wirh modern bathroom.

“A fabulous place in the countryside.”

Second time, same apartment- same positive experience. Quiet at night, natural rural surroundings, perfect combination of the old Tuscan artefacts with comfy appliances including fully equipped kitchen and clean bathroom. Cosy place outside in the front of the apartment have allowed us to get amazing experience having breakfast served in the morning in picnic baskets. It is definitely a place to stay for one week. It is always at less than one hour driving distance from many wonderful places to visit: Siena, Florence, Monteriggioni, Volterra, San Gimignano and others. Many beautiful vineyards to spend time and to taste and buy famous Tuscan wines. There is also available the menu consisting of traditional home-mede dishes served in baskets or wooden trays. And finally the owners - eager to help or assist, very communicative. The photographs provided by Limonaia Country House are representative.

amazing breakfast, opportunity to order dinner as well freshly prepared, delivered to the room. Very friendly and helpful landlord, the farm is a small jewellery:-). We loved every minute spent in this place. Far from the noise of the town, ideal place to chill in the evenings while experiencing the beauties of Tuscany during the days.

Well equipped, large apartment. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Siena. The owner was also very kind to give us a little tour of the farm and show our kid the farm animals.

We have booked a bigger apartament. Very impressive inside: rustical, based on wood furnitures, big, solid table. A lot of decor - lovely in every detail. Air conditioner was ready for our demands. Typical rural surrounding, quiet at night despite proximity of highway. Good breakfast available on demand served in a country style (however tricky to order at the first time). Fantastic home made limoncello and sweet wine offered in the reception for sale. Very friendly owner.

“A spacious and attractive apartment”

The location was great: very easy to get to Sienna and not far from San Gimignano and Volterra. It’s an attractive apartment with plenty of space a nice outdoor area.

Spacious, fully equipped kitchen, clean. No noise from the motorway (a bit when sitting outside), heaters working well and quickly (nights were still cold in April) Nice surroundings, cosy, flowers around.

Well located for exploring attractions of Tuscany. So cozy and peaceful. Very nice owners, they gave us a tour around the land. We could see the animals and feed them. They also make and sell the most amazing limoncello.

The bad smell coming from the toilet when we Booker in. They had to call sewer services to pump out the septic at 8h00 during our stay

“ONE ROLL OF TOILET PAPER IS ENOUGH FOR 3 GUESTS (INCLUDING A BABY) FOR A STAY OF 5 FIVE NIGHTS?”

The host has refuesd to add a roll of toilet paper for an apartment with 3 guests (including a 2 TWO years old baby) for a stay of 5 FIVE nights! We , the parents , stayed for the same 5 nights in the nearby apartment. The host has taken my son & the baby for a tour in her farm one time. We chose that specific agrotourism farm ONLY because it enabled us to see the animals for the sake of THE BABY. When my son has asked for a 2nd time of visiting the farm (again - for the baby to watch animals) the host has refused by explaining that the package includes ONLY ONE FARM TOUR! When we complained by saying that we booked 2 TWO APARTMENTS , only than the host has agreed for a 2ND FARM visit (which finally was NOT executed due to rain & mud in animal pens).
