Location was great. Love the overall vibe of the place. Inside the room and the common area had good charm, so did the surrounding area.

Beautiful town - very scenic walk into it. Breakfasts in the piazza not served until 08:30 so if you need an early start - get food in the shop before you arrive.

“Overnight stay on the hill inside the medieval fortress”
Location, location, location! You sleep literally in the middle of the medieval fortress. You can't pay enough for the experience of evening/night atmosphere of Monteriggioni. Reading mixed reviews, we were surprised by precise communication after booking, easy key pick-up from a nearby hotel under the hill, clean bathroom with all toiletries, working AC, small fridge with free water inside, comfy beds. Our experience was very good, recommended.

Excellent location. Got access to the apartment before check in and payment - much appreciated after climbing the hill with a bag! Beautiful old Tuscan building with authentic features. Bed was comfy and room a good size.
