The location was great, close to all the main attractions, walking distance from the Aquarium and the whale watching tours as well. The free afternoon reception with cheese, fruits, nuts, crackers and wine was excellent.

“An idyllic and cozy stay”
I treated myself to a suite with sea view and I will NEVER forget the view. This stands as my favorite hotel to this day, and I can’t wait to come back. It was everything I needed in my life at the end of a very long trip. The staff were extremely nice, very professional and easy going. They delivered breakfast to my room and just made me feel very welcome! Hopefully coming back next year, to the same room.

Good location. Had ocean view room and the view was fantastic with seats in the window so you could really enjoy it. Lovely breakfast which was delivered to the room every day. Room was a good size and very tastefully decorated.

“Very comfortable. Would probably stay there again but not in high season as more expensive.”

The location was very good. The wine and fruit served in the afternoon were also good. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, perhaps because I had high expectations, but it was enough to fill my stomach.

“Great option for Monterey”
Really enjoyed our stay at Spindrift. Friendly & helpful staff. Lovely comfortable room with a ceiling fan. Our room overlooked the main road but the sound proofing was excellent. Really appreciated the breakfast options. The cheese & wine in the afternoons were an unexpected bonus! We opted for valet parking which although a little pricey was very convenient & flexible and for us a better option than garage parking.
