“Good choice for short stays”
A good base for exploring the beautiful areas around Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea. It's located in a safe, clean, and strategic spot, right across from a nice shopping center with a supermarket and several restaurants. The room is a good size, clean, and equipped with everything you need (microwave, coffee maker, etc.), featuring a large, dedicated parking lot right in front of the rooms. The decor is admittedly very simple and could use a quick update (small touches like different colored curtains and painting the furniture white would do the trick). However, this doesn't take away from our good overall experience, especially for short stays. Lastly, a special shout-out to Mark at the front desk—he is incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly!

Andy was lovely and accommodating, he let us store our bags after our check out time and even gave us two bottles of water for our next travel journey. The room itself was well equipped, clean and cosy with a huge king-sized bed. My partner and I have been travelling for almost two months and this was the best night sleep we have had in this time! The location is an easy 15/20 minute walk away from downtown Monterey. We really loved our stay! Thank you Andy!

“Great stopover motel!”
Great stay!! The motel room was really big and had everything you need for a short stay - fridge, coffee and coffee machine, microwave! Bed was comfy as well and there is a small table to have dinner/breakfast! We checked in and checked out with Andy - a really friendly and kind chap! Very warm welcome into the motel.

“Close to all Monterey Attractions at an amazing price and Rooms”
The location and value are great but I really like the rooms with the fireplaces. Also the staff all very pleasant, helpful and available . They are also pet friendly my Zoe pictured loves coming here and enjoys going for walks around the area

Andy is the best ! He makes your stay safe clean and happy ! Please treat this property with respect it is a gem . I have been staying here for years when I visit . Always consistent and like an old school motel like they were in the good old days but with modern tv and appliances . If your expecting the Ritz Carlton your at the wrong place but if you want a budget friendly and safe place for your family close to everything then this is your place
