1. yelling homeless on the Main Street made impossible to sleep. 2. beds are not two person’s standard wide even for us with normal BMI. 3. Awkward bathroom arrangement is terrible for anyone to stay more than one in the room. Who designed this? Does water shower disposal system require PhD??? No separate ventilation in an open bathroom We finally have learned why you need a whole in the shower glass… to operate shower water system when it gets warm before getting all the cold water inside on you. And good placement of the main mirror in the room - you can see entirely what other does there in the so called bathroom. No bed side tables and power sockets - only one between two beds? Ridiculous and simple design and functional failures. And all of it in Marriott hotel chain. We have been offered a change but while arriving late it was not available anyone.

Everything was great. Location is in the center of the city. Monterey is well worth a visit.

The room was big (2 queen size beds) with lots of space to move around. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. Staff were excellent, especially Emily who shared her top tips with us (thank you, Emily, you were a super star!). The location is fantastic as it is close to good places to eat and walking distance to Cannery Row.

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable! staff were so friendly and helpful! We were only here for one night but would stay again if I was ever back in Monterey!

The location were great and easy to access. The rooms were clean and comfortable as also the lobby, bar etc. The breakfast buffet were great but perhaps a bit expensive.

Bedroom quiet, spacious, beds large & comfortable. Good quality linen, towels & great shower. Spacious room & bathroom. Live entertainment Sat night.
