“A great place to stay but to have to pay extra for parking was a bit much.”
The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was less substantial than previous hotels but that was helpful to me as it stopped me overeating. The location was excellent for downtown Monterey. An attractive well kept site.

The atmosphere in the hotel is nice. The hotel is not new, but clean and well located. The team is nice as well. Try the fireplace. Easy to maintain and a very nice add-on.

“Just wonderful”
Loved everything the bed was super comfortable. In checking in we were offered a fire log for the fire in the bedroom. Lovely to have a real fire.

“Quite centrally located in a nice part of town”
Room was very comfortable with large ceiling, dressing area and nice size bathroom. Plenty of space to store loathes. Dressing gowns were a nice touch. Ironing board and iron were also a good featyre
