Very nice hotel, located on the outskirts of town, which was still easily reached with a stroll along the waterfront.

The hotel is overall good — clean rooms and convenient location. However, the breakfast was quite poor with very limited options. There is a small buffet with a very limited selection, and à la carte breakfast items are available for an additional charge, which was a bit disappointing. We checked in on my birthday, and usually hotels of this brand offer a small compliment like a bottle of champagne and a fruit plate, but unfortunately, there was nothing special prepared. When we checked in, the guy at the reception didn’t tell us anything about the hotel services or until what time we could use them, so we had to figure everything out ourselves. It would be nice to have a bit more attention and care for the guests. Rating: 7/10

The lady at the reception was very rude. She told us we HAVE TO wait as replying my gentle question. The bathtub was not clean.

The hotel is superb and I can't fault it in anyway, the couple of issues I had are not easily going to be rectified, they were more observations.

The room was very clean and have very confort beds.

We arrived early and the staff were really accommodating by allowing us to leave our bags/ car until our room was ready while we went out. The room was clean, spacious and a huge bed! Nice bar area for a drink in the evening with friendly bar staff. Nice gym and pool area too.

Comfortable and clean rooms and very nice lobby, bar area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location. I would pick this hotel again for Monterey area stay.

The kids loved the pool and fire pit. Being able to buy a s'mores kit from the tuck shop added to the experience. The outside areas were all enjoyable for relaxing in the evenings.

The hotel felt recently renovated, with a very clean and new room. Located at 5-10min drive from major Monterrey's attractions, being a solid alternative for a stop between SFO and LA.

The property was nicely renovated and kept very clean. The coffee in our rom was good and we very much appreciated the free water. We chose the hotel because of the availability of self-laundry and were happy to find the facilities well-maintained, secure and clean.
