The house is located on a main road with very heavy traffic, resulting in significant noise pollution. The surrounding area also appears unsafe; data shows a higher-than-average crime rate. I visited three days before check-in and requested a refund. I booked a full week's stay. The landlord hasn't refunded a single penny. At least, the pictures on the website are quite different from the actual property.

This is an excellent option for a stay in Monterey Bay for 3-4 people. All the attractions of the bay are close to this location. Shops and restaurants are very close by. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even for an extended period.
