Beautiful building nicely renovated with high standards. Room’s decor was perfect. Staff was extremely professional. Range of motion experiences available from spa, jacuzzi to wine tasting in own cellar. First star Michelin restaurant is a must too.

“The best hotel in Tuscany”

At a first sight you can see that owners of the hotel invested a lot to make it perfect. And perfect is the way I would call it. I have not seen a hotel equiped, built and ran with such presicion and perfection. Svetoni crest was ebroidered even on the pillows. In terms of interior and exterior design, there were just no mistakes. Osmosi restaurant was also one of our best culinary experience. And on top of that people are very friendly, we spent an hour after the guided winery tour (which we recommend) with our guide just chatting and discussing Italy and Italian food and bevrages.

While our stay was marred by the awful service, it's important to acknowledge that the hotel itself is stunning. The renovation is beautifully done, maintaining the charm and heritage of the old winery. The grounds are impeccably kept, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a pleasant environment. We also had the opportunity to dine at the Michelin-starred restaurant attached to the hotel. While it was made clear by the hotel staff and the service that they have no affiliation, we have to give credit where it's due, it was hands down one of the best meals and service we’ve ever experienced. It's just unfortunate that the experience at the hotel itself was so overshadowed by the lack of hospitality.

We had a lovely stay! We did an amazing tour of the property and wine tasting with Ivan, who taught us so much! And lunch at Osmosis was amazing.

Everything was beautiful here! The building was carefully renovated, adding modern comforts while preserving the natural structure of the building. We especially loved the very comfortable beds, the in-house spa, the delightful and helpful employees and the delicious breakfasts that you enjoy while admiring the gorgeous Tuscan countryside,. The villa is located in a picturesque vineyard and easy to find. From here it is a short trip to Cortona, Montepulciano and Pienza. Thank you for everything! We will defintely be back!

Amazing, probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Beautiful view, stylish room with high ceiling. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant in the property was outstanding. They waited us even though the reception was closing.
