“Beautiful Tuscan villa stay.”

This B&B is absolutely beautiful. It’s in the countryside surrounded by vineyards and olive trees . The sunsets were truly spectacular. The best thing, though was the care shown to us by our host. We did not have a car, and the village is about an hour’s walk from our stay, so our host arranged a driver for us which was so helpful. The pool and surroundings are restful and beautiful- a real Tuscan dream.

Welcoming and friendly staff. The room felt like "home", it was big and the bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet selection.

We really enjoyed location, parking opportunity, nice breakfast with a view, great water pressure, air conditioning. Also there was wine to buy near the room of the local wine makers.

“Nice spot close to Montepulciano”

Good location just outside Montepulciano. About a mile away. Nice grounds. Friendly staff and good facilities. Room was quite big and comfortable. Parking easily done. Good breakfast, although not in the main house so you have to walk down to the dining area about 100 metres... No big deal.

Beautiful property, friendly staff and very clean accomodating rooms. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, with gorgeous views not in the city centre. Must have a hire car to stay here and access the towns

“Phenomenal Experience”

We stayed at Villa Chiccheio for 2 nights a few nights after getting engaged. We informed the Villa of our stay and were more than surprised to find a very cute personalized letter congratulating us with a box of famous tuscan sweets and a bottle of champagne that we shared by the pool. This experience was truly meaningful for us because it felt as though everyone at the villa was happy for us and celebrating with us. The property itself was absolutely stunning and very private. If you are looking for some peace and quiet and a serene atmosphere then this Villa is just for you. We are just finishing up our 3 week vacation and have to stay that Villa Chiccheio is definitely one of our highlights. We will be visiting Tuscany again in the future and when we do we will 100% be staying at Villa Chiccheio again, but this time for much longer. Thank you again for making our vacation and engagement special!

Everything was great! The staff very kind and helpful, the location absolutely splendid - you could see Montepulciano from the terrace of the reception and from the bedroom window, the view with the vinyard was spectacular.

A wonderful gem in a beautiful area close to Montepulciano. It’s easy to reach many historic towns in the area by car. We stayed for five nights, enjoying relaxing days by the pool and visiting the nearby towns. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We can highly recommend this place!

Perfectly located on a hilltop inbetween Montepulciano and Pienza. From the breakfast area you have the most stunning view of Montepulciano. The villa itself is surrouned by olive trees and wineranks and has views of Pienza and surrounding villages. Rooms are spacious, clean have good working AirCon & large and comfortable beds. The pool area had a homey and relaxing atmosphere. Staff/Owner were very friendly and helpfull (even gave us a ride when we had cartrouble!)..

Views and staff are fantastic. We saw the best sunset from the property itself. Clean rooms and facilities. Very accommodating and welcoming staff. Gave us a late check out.

We loved our stay at Villa Chiccheio. Everything was absolutely amazing - the accomodation itself, room, location, tasty breakfast and views, especially at sunset! :-) The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also recommend the wine tasting.

“Charming Place and Nice Host”

We stayed at Villa Chiccheio for 2 nights and Ivan was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. The Agriturismo has character and the rooms were bright, spacious and very clean. A very good breakfast was served at the terrace with a beautiful view to Montepulciano.

Peaceful retreat with clean facilities and family owners who were very helpful.

We recently stayed here for 3 nights and there is nothing negative that I can say. The Villa is set on a vineyard and provides a peaceful and tranquil stay. Everything about this Villa is perfect, the hosts are also amazing and it was lovely to have a chat with them in the mornings at breakfast. The swimming pool is an added luxury that meant we could escape some of the heat! A gem in Tuscany.
